The election in Pennsylvania is over. Now what?

Pennsylvania is going to face a lot of changes come the new year due to the 2022 mid-term elections: a new Governor, new Senator, new parties in charge. How will it all play out?

The Walnut Club invites you to a virtual discussion for an inside look at what’s to come in Harrisburg in 2023.

We will be joined by special guests, Kimberly Sokoloski, principal, & Hannah Kranz, senior advisor, Government Relations, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, to discuss what we can expect to come as a result of the recent 2022 elections.

About our speakers
Kimberly Sokoloski
draws on her 25 years of experience working with various elements in Pennsylvania government to represent and advocate for her clients' interests before government officials. Kim's comprehensive experience includes helping clients in a wide array of industries, including healthcare, transportation, gaming, environmental, economic development and government procurement.

Kim’s knowledge of the inner workings of the Pennsylvania General Assembly derives from serving as a staffer in the House and Senate and serving as executive director of the Senate Law and Justice Committee and the Senate Aging and Youth Committee.

In 2022, Kim was named to City & State Pennsylvania's 'Above & Beyond' list, honoring the 40 most influential and thought-provoking women in Pennsylvania.

***************

With over a decade of experience interfacing with the General Assembly and executive agencies, Hannah Kranz is well-versed in the legislative and regulatory process, as well as the political dynamics that often shape that process. She has established bipartisan relationships within state government and a strong acumen for policy matters.

While she has worked in various policy areas throughout her career, Hannah has an in-depth understanding of how the public and private sector interact within the health care industry, and she uses those insights to help clients understand policy matters that impact them and refine their objectives.

Hannah also has over seven years of experience working in state government. During her time working with the Senate Democratic Caucus, she served as Legislative Director to a state senator from western Pennsylvania, where she had a key role in developing and executing legislative initiatives and managing constituent outreach and communications.

Sign-up today for this informative discussion. There will also be plenty of time for Q & A!
