NEW EVENT DATE!

As the impact of the pandemic on mental health continues, psychologists are reporting a large increase in demand for treatment, according to a new survey by the American Psychological Association.

Whether you're seeking therapy to help cope with daily life, anxiety, depression, personal relationships, or guidance on your professional path, it's crucial to find the right therapist for you: someone with whom you can build trust, a therapeutic rapport, and respect.

Join The Walnut Club for a panel discussion to help you “Find Your Therapist.”

Our conversation will led by Danielle Massi, a former psychotherapist and owner of The Wellness Collective, and our panelists will include psychotherapists with varying backgrounds and specialties to answer your questions about how to find a therapist that is the right fit for you!

Our panelists include:

Tiffany Hall, LMFT, is a licensed psychotherapist and emotional wellness coach specializing in trauma healing and relationships. She works primarily with black and brown women to find their voice and learn how to love themselves more.

Laura Brown is a Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in The Gottman Method in which she holds a Level 3 certification. Laura also holds a certification in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine, & utilizes this practice with both her therapy and coaching clients.

Dr. Allison Dru Chabot is a clinical psychologist and a Reiki Master with 25 years of experience. She specializes in working with other therapists, coaches and healers, including those who are going through a spiritual awakening.

Invest in you and join us for this timely conversation to support your self-care needs.
