Due to the 2019 - 2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Walnut Club is taking extra precautions with the care of every member to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with Centers for Disease Control ("CDC") guidance (www.cdc.gov). Symptoms of COVID-19 include (but are not limited to) fever, fatigue, dry cough, and difficulty breathing.

In order to attend this event, you must agree to the following statements:
(1) I acknowledge that the above referenced symptoms may be indicative that an individual has been exposed to COVID-19, and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days. (2) I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. (3) I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. (4) In the event that I, or any household members, have traveled outside of the U.S. or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the past 30-days, I, or my household member, have followed all recommendations for quarantine pursuant to the CDC and all state, local, or country procedures. (5) I understand that The Walnut Club cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client. (6) I agree to each statement above and release The Walnut Club from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

We're hosting a spring cleaning clothing & accessories exchange! 

Whether it's last year's dress or a purse you never use, gather the pieces you no longer love and swap them for items you'll adore.

Attendees can bring up to 15 items to exchange with other guests.
NOTE: items must be clean and have no tears. You can drop-off your apparel between 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on the day of our event and our team members will sort all items prior to the official start of the event. Further instructions for drop-off will be provided closer to the event date. 
    

This event is held in partnership with All Together Now PA's Clothing and Textile Coalition, an organization working to build a local and sustainable fashion supply chain in the state of PA, and will be hosted at FabScrap (located inside the Bok Building), who is working to end waste in the fashion industry. 

Our program is open to Walnut Club members, friends of All Together Now PA and FabScrap, and anyone interested in learning more about our organizations. There is no charge to attend this event. 


Light bites and drinks will be provided. 



Space is limited for this event. 
NOTE: all attendees will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. If you are unable to be vaccinated due to a medical condition, please email us at marketing@walnutclub.org.
