You had so many great questions about estate planning, that we're hosting a Part 2!

Come join our conversation and get helpful tips and techniques to protect your assets and develop a plan to pass on your legacy.

Estate planning involves formalizing how you want to be looked after - both medically and financially - and how to protect your assets when something happens to you, or when you're unable to make decisions for yourself.

The Walnut Club is proud to be joined by Estate Planner Rebecca Sallen, who will discuss common questions and problems that her clients face and how you can take advantage of their solutions:

- If I don’t have an estate plan, who makes the decisions?
- Who will take care of my children, and how can I help protect them, after I've passed away?
- How can I make sure that my assets are used for my children?
- What is the difference between a Living Will, a Will, and a Trust? Which do I actually need?
- Who should I pick to be my executor?

About our presenter -
Rebecca Sallen takes pride in being called a non-lawyer. She works with clients and their families to create personalized estate documents that demystify concepts in Trusts and Wills to ensure that confusion and later disagreements are minimized. As a service to her clients, she also administers and probates estates in order to reduce the ongoing burden on grieving loved ones. She has consistently been named "Top Lawyer" by Main Line Today for Trusts and Wills, "Best 20 of 20 Attorneys for Estate Administration by Expertise" and a "Super Lawyer" by Thompson Reuters.

Ms. Sallen regularly teaches classes to other attorneys about legislation and how it affects the financial and family affairs. She holds several leadership positions at the Montgomery Bar Association, including Director, Secretary of the Probate & Tax Section and Vice-Chair of the Governmental Relations Committee.

Sallen Law LLC was founded on the key premise of providing members of the community a more human and ultimately different experience. Our objective is to fully understand the aspirations and values of our clients, the fundamental yet often subtle inter-family dynamics and fulfilling the legacy that ultimately our clients envision for themselves and their heirs. We take pride in dedicating ourselves to providing clients a true peace of mind.
