The Walnut Club was founded to support the growth, development, and betterment of professional womxn. As such, we encourage you to continue to grow, to connect with one another, to discuss where racism has affected your lives, to address white privilege, and to promote anti-racist initiatives. We are committed to evaluating our organization's role in racial justice and creating a course of action to set equity goals. We are also committed to improving ourselves and sharing those lessons learned with you.
