Liberty Yoga, a brand new women-owned yoga studio in South Philly (1648 S 16th St, Philadelphia, PA 19145). Liberty offers a variety of yoga styles and is focused on community and connection.
When:
12:00p-1:00p
Please arrive by 11:45 to set up. The yoga will begin promptly at noon.
What:
Join us for a 60 minute vinyasa flow, open to all levels (no experience needed)! The class will begin with gentle stretching, work up to a moderate paced flow, and end with a relaxing cool down. The class will be taught by Walnut Club member Sam Savello.
About Your Teacher
Sam is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher living in South Philly, and currently the Communications Board Member at The Walnut Club. She is passionate about teaching classes that are accessible, fun and uplifting to all and spends her time exploring new restaurants, playing with her chocolate lab Charlie and crafting.

Ample 2 hour street parking is available around the studio, especially on 16th.
Public Transit
The studio is a five minute walk from the Tasker/Morris stop on the BSL.
What to bring

Post-workout Brunch
Join us for Sunday brunch afterwards at Barcelona Wine Bar on East Passyunk Ave, which is a 10 minute walk away from the studio (totally optional!- everyone will be responsible for their own meal/drinks)
