Due to the 2019 - 2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Walnut Club is taking extra precautions with the care of every member to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with Centers for Disease Control ("CDC") guidance (www.cdc.gov). Symptoms of COVID-19 include (but are not limited to) fever, fatigue, dry cough, and difficulty breathing.

In order to attend this event, you must agree to the following statements:
(1) I acknowledge that the above referenced symptoms may be indicative that an individual has been exposed to COVID-19, and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days. (2) I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. (3) I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days. (4) In the event that I, or any household members, have traveled outside of the U.S. or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the past 30-days, I, or my household member, have followed all recommendations for quarantine pursuant to the CDC and all state, local, or country procedures. (5) I understand that The Walnut Club cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client. (6) I agree to each statement above and release The Walnut Club from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

This year’s theme, “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.,” calls us to celebrate progress and champion a future where no one is left behind.

This theme is a powerful call to action: championing equal rights, amplifying voices, and ensuring that all women and girls have the power and opportunities to thrive.

That’s why we’re inviting you to a happy hour celebration, hosted in partnership with Vinyl, where we’ll come together in the most fun way possible!

There is no charge for members to attend this happy hour event. Non-member tickets are $15. All tickets are non-refundable. All additional purchases are the responsibility of each guest.
